These opportunities allow our students to gain real-world experiences that are not available in a traditional classroom setting. Our student interns will work with you from point-of-contact till the completion of your event. We want to make sure we are able to make your event a memorable one.

Our photo booth is an open-air photo booth manned and run by our students. We provide props, unlimited photos, an album of all the photos from your event, email of the digital files after the event, customized template and photo booth attendants. For events, we request a minimum of 3 hours for photo booth. We require a minimum 12ft x 12ft space for our photo booth next to an electrical outlet (preferably in a corner), 2 tables and 4 chairs. We will also need a digital file of the party invitation at least 2 weeks prior to your event so we can design the photo booth template. For photo booths examples: Photo Booth Examples.

For basic slideshows, we recommend no more than 100 pictures. To put the show together, we need the pictures labeled in the order of appearance starting with 001, 002, etc. Please get us the files on a flash drive to us 3 weeks prior to the event. We also request a list of at least 3 song choices for your slideshow. If you would like to add additional pictures or video we can work with you on an individual basis on a price.

For weddings, we want to have a face-to-face meeting with you, our student interns and advisors prior to booking your event. We provide both recaps and event photography. We want to ensure you are comfortable with our students capturing your special occasion and ensure you understand that we cannot guarantee anything. A $50 deposit is required to guarantee any of our services. Any request to change or cancel services must be done 2 weeks prior to event, or you will forfeit your deposit. Remaining balance will be due on the day of event, before the event begins.

Cash/checks are accepted. Checks can be made out to Friends of Maui Waena and credit card payment can be arranged with a 4% service charge.
